This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the use of data processed (including collecting, storage, and disclosure), stored, used, and shared by Secondchancelove (the “Website”, “we”, “us”) within your use of the Website and any activity that is done in relation to the Website. This Policy also governs users' rights regarding their personal data and contains different disclosures.

Security note: The Website strictly prohibits uploading any documents to public pages.

CCPA and California’s Shine the Light Law

This subsection applies solely to users who are residents of California, United States. Personal data is collected and processed as described in Section 2. The Website does not sell personal information in the meaning of CCPA. Users have the right to:

• Delete personal data (email us), subject to Section 4 on retention
• Object to or restrict the use of personal data (email us)
• Opt-out of machine learning processing (email us)
• File claims with data protection authorities (please contact us first to resolve)
• Submit requests via an authorized agent (we may require identity/authority verification)

4. Retention of Data

Personal data is retained as required to fulfill obligations under this Policy or Terms of Service, or longer if required by law. Certain information may be retained after profile deletion for obligations like payment, dispute resolution, anti-money laundering, etc.

5. Sharing the Personal Data

We may share personal data with:

• Contractors: analytics providers (Google, Facebook), cloud providers (Google Cloud, CloudFlare), marketing services, payment processors, identity verification.
