This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the use of data processed (including collecting, storage, and disclosure), stored, used, and shared by Secondchancelove (the “Website”, “we”, “us”) within your use of the Website and any activity that is done in relation to the Website. - File claims with data protection authorities (please contact us first to resolve)
- Submit requests via an authorized agent (we may require identity/authority verification)
4. Retention of Data
Personal data is retained as required to fulfill obligations under this Policy or Terms of Service, or longer if required by law. Certain information may be retained after profile deletion for obligations like payment, dispute resolution, anti-money laundering, etc.
5. Sharing the Personal Data
We may share personal data with:
