1.1. This Payment and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs your payment relations with Secondchancelove.online (the “Secondchancelove.online”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). They are additional terms to our Terms of Service and form part of your agreement with us.

1.3. We may amend the Policy from time to time, and the amendments will become effective when posted on Secondchancelove.online without prior notice.
1.4. Capitalized terms used in the Policy and not otherwise defined on the Terms of Service have the following meanings:
2.1. Secondchancelove.online offers free and paid Services. You may use the free Services after the registration of your account. To use paid features, you will need Credits.
2.2. Whenever you use paid Services on Secondchancelove.online, your account balance decreases by the price of the used paid features. You may find the price of paid features on the Credits page in the “Pricing” section and other Secondchancelove.online pages.
2.3. The Secondchancelove.online provides two types of paid Services: action and time-dependent. First means that you are charged each time you make an action (e.g., send an email). Time-dependent actions mean that you are charged each time in a certain period (e.g., chatting is charged on a per-minute basis).
2.4. Secondchancelove.online may change the price of paid Services at its sole discretion. This includes the right to make some previously free features payable or provide them free of charge.
3.1. You buy Credits for real money. Depending on your location and other factors, you may use credit/debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment solutions systems to buy Credits. Please note that we do not accept gift-, prepaid, and scratch cards to pay for Credits.
3.2. We engage third-party payment providers to process payments. We may change the third-party payment providers. Accordingly, some payment methods may be added or become unavailable on Secondchancelove.online from time to time. Please note, we are not a payment institution and we do not process your payments on our behalf.
3.3. To improve your payment experience, the system may automatically attempt to reprocess failed payment. This helps ensure a smooth transaction process and minimizes potential delays. We use only one retry attempt immediately after the failed payment.
3.4. In most cases, you buy Credits in exchange for US dollars. However, you may be charged with different currencies depending on your location and other factors. You authorize Secondchancelove.online to supply your payment details to a third-party payment provider for processing your payments. Your credit/debit card provider may charge you currency conversion fees and other charges for processing your payments. We do not collect these fees and charges, and we shall not be required to cover them. Please contact your payment service provider or bank to get more information on the fees and charges applicable to you.
3.5. Secondchancelove.online may be unavailable in specific regions or territories. You may not be able to top-up your account from such regions or territories.
3.6. Secondchancelove.online may add free Credits to your account from time to time. You may use these Credits at your wish. Free Credits are not refundable.
3.7. By using Secondchancelove.online, you acknowledge, accept, and confirm that:

3A.1. Secondchancelove.online may offer to users the option to subscribe for Credits (“eligible user”). It means that in order to buy the Credits at Secondchancelove.online, you will need to accept the regular (recurrent) subscription plans (where you receive Credits packages against recurrent payment). Secondchancelove.online can further allow you to buy the Credits upon the end of your subscription package. Please check the actual information about the ability to buy Credits without a subscription on relevant pages of Secondchancelove.online.
3A.2. If you are an eligible user, you can choose or change your subscription package during the subscription process. The available subscription packages will be presented to you at that time. Secondchancelove.online may offer you introductory offers for subscription packages from time to time. All your further acquisitions of the Credits may be regulated by (a) this provision on a subscription or (b) general provisions on Credits acquisition, depending on your choice.
3A.3. How Subscription Works:
3A.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next subscription period start. To cancel a subscription, you need to do one of the following: (a) use the Subscription Page or (b) contact customer support at support@secondchancelove.online. The cancellation process will be handled by the Secondchancelove.online support team. After cancellation, you can still use the remaining subscription Credits and you will not be charged for the next subscription period.
3A.5. Once your subscription is canceled, you can buy Credits by two means:

3A.6. Subscription renewals and regular Credit purchases are separate transactions. Subscription renewals occur automatically at the end of each subscription period and involve charging your payment method for the subscription package. Regular Credit purchases are made as needed and involve a separate transaction for the specific amount of Credits you wish to purchase (including via Automatic Top-Ups).
3A.7. Secondchancelove.online will send you emails about your subscription activation, upcoming subscription renewal, successful charging or declined payments, subscription cancelation or reactivation. Please check the spam folder of your mailbox if you cannot find such emails.
3A.8. Secondchancelove.online may offer you to enroll in auto-renewing Daily Credits subscription. Subscription to daily credits means that you will not receive specified amount of Credits at the beginning of each subscription period, however each day you log in to Secondchancelove.online, 20 credits will be added to your account. If you do not log in to Secondchancelove.online, 20 credits will not be accrued to you that day. All other rules regarding charges, unsubscribing, etc. described earlier also apply to Daily Credits subscriptions.
3B.1. When buying Credits you may receive Chat Gems as a bonus. Chat Gems are a special method to use chat Service on our platform. Chat Gems may be used exclusively in chat. When paying for chatting, Chat Gems are deducted first, then Credits. 1 Chat Gem equals to 1 min of chatting.
3B.2. Chat Gems have a complimentary nature, and therefore are non-refundable. Chat Gems may not be exchanged for Credits.
3B.3. By using Secondchancelove.online, you acknowledge, accept, and confirm that:

Secondchancelove.online may replenish your account balance automatically by charging your payment method each time when the account balance runs below a predetermined number of Credits (e.g., 5 Credits). It allows you to use Secondchancelove.online uninterruptedly while maintaining control over billing preferences.
4.2. You enable Automatic Top-ups by following the steps below. We may not automatically charge your payment method:
4.3. Automatic Top-ups are not the variation of subscription options. It means that Secondchancelove.online will not charge your payment method if you do not use paid features.
4.4. To enable Automatic Top-ups, log in to your account and go to My Profile > My Payments > Billing Settings (on desktop) or My Profile > Credits > Billing Settings (on mobile) and click on the "Automatic Top-up" box. Here you may also choose the amount of Credits to be purchased automatically by selecting a suitable Credit package from the drop-down list.
4.5. To disable Automatic Top-ups, just unclick the “Automatic Top-up” box after accessing the “Billing” section.
4.6. Changes to Automatic Top-ups preferences apply instantly. You do not need to take additional actions.
4.7. We may offer you options to enable Automatic Top-ups elsewhere on Secondchancelove.online (for example, when you choose Credit package on payment pages).
4.8. Secondchancelove.online will send you an email confirming that Automatic Top-ups have been enabled. Please check the spam folder of your mailbox if you cannot find the confirmation email. Please note, if you disabled Automatic Top-ups and re-enabled them within 24 hours, Secondchancelove.online may not send you a new email confirmation.
5.1. Please read this section carefully as the refunds are issued under this Policy. Neglecting the rules of this Policy may result in losing your right to a refund.
5.2. In most cases, the purchases on Secondchancelove.online (i.e., Credits spent and Credits on your account balance) are nonrefundable. All exceptions to this rule are set out in this Policy.
5.3. Secondchancelove.online allows for two types of refunds:

5.5.a For users residing in certain US states: depending on your state of residency, applicable law may allow you to cancel your transaction on Secondchancelove.online before midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction. If your transaction qualifies for a Legal Refund under the applicable law, we will process such refunds upon your request.
5.5.b For users residing in Brazil: applicable law may allow you to withdraw from a contract within seven days from its signing or from the receipt of the service. If your transaction qualifies for a Legal Refund under the applicable law, we will process such refunds upon your request.
5.6. Any refund that is not considered a Legal Refund is an Optional Refund.
5.7. We may refund you the monetary equivalent of the Credits on your balance if:
5.8. We will not refund Credits on your balance if it is your fifth or further request for such refund. We will not also refund you the Credits in case we will find out that your refund is based on your breach of the Terms of Service.
5.9. Upon our discretion, we may refund you the monetary equivalent of the Credits on your balance in other cases.
5.10. We will not consider your refund request related to the spent Credits unless it falls under one of the following reasons:
5.11. Please note, timing is an important factor when resolving the issues mentioned in clauses 5.10(c) to 5.10(d). Hence, you shall submit your refund request within 30 calendar days after becoming aware of the relevant facts.
5.12. Before submitting a refund request, please consider the following:
5.13. To submit a refund request, please contact us at support@secondchancelove.online. Please describe your issue in detail and let us know why you believe that refunding would be a suitable option in your case.
5.14. Secondchancelove.online team reviews and assesses each refund request individually. We would need at least 48 hours to determine the refund request initially and reach out to you to assist. In some instances, we need your approval to start a formal investigation of the matter you brought up (for example, if you assert that another user's conduct in Secondchancelove.online breaches our rules). We will proceed with the investigation once we receive your approval. In case you withdraw the approval, we will terminate the investigation and close your refund request.
5.15. We may ask you to provide evidence or additional information regarding your request. Depending on the nature of the case and facts, several rounds of evidence submission may be required. Please treat these additional requests seriously. It is essential that you submit all relevant evidence. It allows us to consider your refund request in full and in the quickest time frame possible.
5.16. We do not limit the scope of potential evidence you may submit; however, we expect you to act reasonably and in good faith when requesting a refund and supporting your claims. For example, if you believe that another user of Secondchancelove.online has breached the rules of Secondchancelove.online, please attach screenshots of your communication with such user, explain the reasons for your concerns, and describe other essential factors.
5.17. We do not tolerate any forged evidence. If we have a reasonable doubt about the credibility of a particular piece of evidence, we may either omit it from consideration or close your refund request.
5.18. If we have found valid grounds for a refund upon consideration of the refund request, we will offer you a full or partial refund. For the avoidance of doubt, offering a refund or declining the refund request shall not be interpreted as an admission of any guilt or failure to act from the Secondchancelove.online's or your side, respectively.
5.19. Among other reasons, we may offer you a partial refund if:

Secondchancelove.online decides as to whether to issue a refund upon its sole discretion, upon consideration of the facts available. The decision to give or decline a refund request is final and non-negotiable.
