There are two types of users on the platform: Users and Top Users.

How to become a Top user on the platform?

If you want to become a Top user on our platform, you should proceed with this application form — Become a top user. We responsibly process applications, so the response to your application may take some time, we appreciate your understanding.

What requirements should Top Users meet?

To become and maintain your status as a Top user, it’s necessary to comply with special set of requirements, in particular identity verification and profile information, activity on the platform, communication with other users and content requirements. You can find full list of such requirements within our application form. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the loss of the Top User status.

How are users motivated to stay on the website?

Users have various motives for joining and using our platform. While some are focused on establishing relationship, others might seek attention or even online recognition and popularity. It's essential to understand that not all users aim for romantic relations; some may be more inclined towards online friendship or any other forms of online interaction. That’s why, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome for all users.

The subscription is not generally available option now. The platform uses a credits system that’s a method to use certain features of the platform and not a virtual currency.

For instance, you can buy a certain amount of credits and use them on the platform (only) to pay for the use of the features. In case you don’t use any feature — your credits remain on your balance.

Upon signing up, each User receives 20 welcome credits to test the basic features of the platform. The credits also let new Users understand how the credit system works. They may be an acquisition of the credits package, bonus credits, or other types of granted credits such as merci credits.

🚨 I have found a breach of Community Guidelines, what to do?

It’s important that places online where people spend time together are safe and fun for everyone. This means everyone needs to follow the rules and be respectful to others.

We encourage our community members to use the tools we provide on platform to report any content they believe violates our Community Guidelines.

How do I make a report?

It is easy to point out the problem across the platform, whether it is in a chat/email or user profile.

Block Feature

You can also block any user that seems to be inappropriate to you. Any content created, including the user's profile, will not be shown to you anymore. Later, you can find a user by his/her ID and unblock them if you want to. Please note that users don’t get notified about them being blocked.

What happens to my report?

Abuse reports act as a user feedback channel and play an important role in our processes for reviewing other conducts that may violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

We act immediately on various types of abusive misconduct reported by platform users. As soon as the abuse report arrives, it is transferred to our Support Team for necessary clarifications and feedback. If the reported case needs more involvement or additional investigation, it is reviewed by our Dispute Resolution Team.

We do not include any information about the person who submitted the report when we contact the reported user. However, we deal directly with the user who violated the Platform rules.

If your report shows someone has broken the rules, the safety team can take action like:

📲 Tools & Features

People Page

This is a page where you can try your luck and check the Top Users the platform may suggest to you. This may be an interesting way of finding new connections. You can easily find the page in the header of the every platform's page on desktop version of the website or in the lower right corner of the mobile version. Alternatively you may follow the link.

On this page, you can find interesting functions such as “like”. The Top User you liked will receive a notification that you liked them and may like you back. It may be a good idea to start messaging with this Top User. Alternatively, you can skip the suggested Top User.

You can follow the users you like. You can find the “Follow” button on:

When you start following someone, you can find these people under the section “Your Statistics” which is displayed on almost every page of the platform.
This will let you easily reach people you follow and figure out whether they’re online or not.

Wink

Use this service for the start of communication or instead of a standard “Hello”. You can wink using the “Wink” button under your chat or on the People page. It’s free of charge and sends a winking sticker into your chat with the user.

Personal Photos

Some of the photos in the Top User’s profiles may be labeled as private. It means that you cannot see them before you start a conversation in Chats. The rule is simple: you cannot see the private photos until the Top User answers your first message and vice versa.

Profile Edits

You can edit any information about you that is available and publicly displayed in your profile. For this, go to Profile → Your Profile and press the “Edit Profile” button. It should be placed to the right of your name, age, and ID, above the “BIO” section.

Profile Settings

If you proceed the following path, press the “Profile” button in the header and then go to “Settings”. You will open the page where you can edit your email and password. For security purposes, we recommend changing the password regularly. What’s more, in case you feel your email was reached by an unknown – feel free to change your email if you have the alternative one (you will be logged out after this change).

On the Profile Settings page, you can also find the sound settings and the Notification management section.

In the Notifications section, you can temporarily pause the notifications or permanently disable them. This is valid for any notifications: emails, pushes, and other types.
